I went in for a state inspection and carwash. I asked how long it would take and was told an hour. That 1 hour turned into 2. I did not receive 1 update in person or by text. When i got into my car the part in the cupholder was sideways and there was a water bottle, I have no idea who it belonged to or why it was there. As I was leaving I noticed the radio display and buttons had not been wiped and was still dusty. As I was driving and turned toward the direction of the sun, the passenger side of the windshield was covered in spots. I turned on my windshield wipers and fortunately whatever it was was on the exterior of the windshield. When i went to put stuff in the back of my vehicle the area inside the Toyota emblem is dirty.

Richard was so disrespectful. He was dismissive, liar, and rude as well. I tried to explain to him that I had Toyota Service Care and he tried to tell me I didnt because he wanted to sell me tire rotation. I had to call toyota to explain to me what services I had for my car and when I told him what they told me he said I was wrong and so were they and then proceeded to talk down to me and mansplaining the situation to me. He made the experience so horrible that I don't want to buy anything with toyota ever again. This is so disappointing as my dad and I have been with toyota and buying services with them for over 15 years. In the end, since he went home and another service advisor finished the interaction with me, she told me thatbI was correct and was going to get all of that done.
