Appt was 7:45am. Denise stated service would take about an hour. Three hours later I checked with her and she had to check with the tech. Came back, asked me to have a seat while she filled out the maintenance report- 10 minutes later, I receive a text with the suggested repairs. My request was for an oil change, ck battery and fuses, and IF tires needed to be rotated to let me know. The communication was strictly presented in the maintenance report ($1300 approx) ????.
Sad to say, I came away very disappointed. there was no real one on one communication, and for the first time dealing with this service center, I am shocked at the costs presented! It has turned into a cherry picking performance with little to no customer concern.
