My understanding was that I'd get an update before 3 o'clock to let me know when the vehicle was going to be finished - I had about two hours to kill and wasn't sure if I should go back home or not. Finally, I called and did not receive a callback, just drove there and luckily the car was ready, but I didn't know till I pulled in whether it was or not.
Then it appears we got some small scratches on our new car while it was there, so not quite so happy
