Dropped car off at 11am and was told it would be ready around 2pm. Came back at 3pm and when I asked the guy for my car he asked me if I was informed to pick up. I said no but they told me 2pm and it’s now 3pm. He looked at computer and said there are 2/4 recommended services to get done. I asked why didn’t they call me earlier to tell me, why ask me now when I am here tomorrow up car. He said Danielle went ‘out’ and it must have been missed. I told him I will do next time and he said he will pull my car up 10-15min. I wait on the couch for 30 min then I go back to the guy at the service counter and ask for my car. He asks me if they called me I said no but I see my car sitting in the lane right outside the service door. Then he rings me up and give me my car. Frustrating no one called me about the recommended service. My car was there for 4 hours and no one calls. Why is no one is paying attention to me or my car. Not one’s did the guy at the counter say sorry or apologize for any of the delays or for forgetting about me. He just carried on as if my time was not valuable.

Dissatisfied with my service today. Picked up my 2024 Toyota tundra after paying for the brake inspection where the technician was able to replicate the issue and my concern of the squeaking brake noise. Then upon doing my own research today I found that Toyota has found that this is an issue under warranty based on Toyotas Service Bulletin T-SB-0043-24. Employee of your dealership lied about simple thing. And the manager in service department was informed about the incident. Also the service that was taken to replace the rubber seal below the chrome metal by the window driver side wasn't properly installed.
