Al momento de llamar para solicitar un servicio para el
Vehículo no hablan con claridad cuanto es el costo que uno solicita y utilizan el término “desde” y es una falta de consideración ya que al momento de recoger el vehículo no le queda otro remedio que pagar lo que está facturado.

Con el asesor de servicio (Molina) no tuve contratiempos. La situación es que pagué por el lavado interior y exterior. En general, la guagua no quedó como otras veces, inclusive el baúl no lo tocaron. Llegué a casa y me percaté cuando fui a guardar algo. Mi esposo tuvo que limpiarlo. Le envié fotos a Molina, aunque no recibí respuesta.
