Simona was great- zero problems. However, Richard is another matter. He was rude and unprofessional when I went to pick up my vehicle. He essentially refused to assist me when Simona was on lunch. I would never want him as a service advisor and really recommend that Toyota rethink him being an employee at the dealership.

I had disappointing news this week and to have to bring my car which didn’t help. I thought the cover of the engine was unscrewed due to my oil change. How could it have come off and upset that it wasn’t noticed during oil change. I literally was rude to Leslie and it did not phase her. She went above and beyond her call of duty to make me feel better and to understand that I had hardship. I love her and will never forget what she did for me. I was crying so hard, I had to write her a note of apology.
