I don’t even have my car back and it’s been 2 full days. No call today to say they were even keeping it again. Car is a 2024 and has been back to Toyota 5-6 times. Def not satisfied with Toyota

Lleve el carro a mantenimiento. El carro no tiene 5 años de comprado y me cobraron el mantenimiento. Pensaba q la garantía era a 5 años.
Al llevar el carro le comente a la persona que recibio mi carro que me averiguara el precio de gomas nuevas ya que tenia una mala y estaba considerando cambiarlas.
Me ofrecieron lavado de motor (innecesario), de aire, de mil cosas innecesarias…. Pero en NINGUN momento me ofrecieron alinear las gomas…. ESO CLARAMENTE lo iba a hacer, pero no lo pedi porque pensaba estaba incluido en el mantenimiento.
Me devolvieron el carro, NO ROTARON LAS GOMAS y se vacio la goma que estaba mala en mi casa. Al llamar a indagar me ENTERO que no hicieron alineamiento… por lo cual no se percataron que habia una pieza que había que cambiar.
TODO ESTO SE HUBIESE RESUELTO EN LA PRIMERA VISITA SI PARAN de estar ofreciendo servicios costosos e innecesarios en vez de estar pendiente de las cosas que realmente nos importan, COMO LAS GOMAS Y QUE ESTE ALINEADO EL CARRO.
