si fueron muy cordiales pero tardaron mucho en el servicio porque iba a cambiar el aceite del vehículo nada más de la 1.30 pm que era la cita no era para tardar tanto espero que la próxima vez no se tarden tanto porque tendría que ir a otro lugar gracias

All was good except when I checked in I was asked to verify my mobile phone number . I indicated the phone in the dealership system was my wife’s phone number and I asked that it be changed to my phone number but somehow it wasn’t changed and I received no notifications that my car was ready. After waiting for 3 hours I finally went back to the service desk and found my car’s maintenance had been completed 2 hours earlier. At checking I also indicated that I would be waiting at the dealership until my car was ready but no one came to look for me at all even after the service had been completed 2 hours earlier. Please insure that you have my phone number ****-****-xxxx for my 2021 Venda. Thanks, John B

I dropped my Tacoma off last week on Wednesday for a multi point inspection only to find that my free services expired upon drop off. Not the end of the world. It was about a $57 fee. However, when the service was completed the service advisor informed me that the air filter “couldn’t be checked” due to the air filter box being “blocked” by my AM compressor. The last couple times I’ve brought my Tacoma for an inspection not once was that issue brought up. So I find it hard to believe that this is an actual issue. That or last couple times the air filter hasn’t been checked at all and wasn’t brought to my attention. Either way, that’s a bit of disappointment. I have no problem accessing the air filter box. I shouldn’t have to pay the full amount of a service if all the work isn’t going to be completed.
