I called I believe on Monday February 10 for the price of a 12 volt battery for my 2021 Prius. Price quoted to me was $208. And some cents with a 84 month warranty. I checked Autozone and theirs was $244 with a 48 month warranty. I decided Toyota was the better deal and came in Friday, 2/14 to get the battery replaced. I asked the price to verify info I had been given and to my surprise the price was now $249. I questioned the difference in price and why the difference. Unfortunately I did not get the name of who I spoke with originally and was told this has always been the price. They compromised and charged me $229.13 for the battery. $21.00 more than originally quoted. This certainly makes me question your business practices and a loss of trust. In the future I will always get the name of the person and a written quote.

Kristin was actually pretty rude to me both times I've been there. She is awful at customer service and has an attitude. I had my car serviced there on Saturday and then on Sunday one of my tires on the driver's side is making a weird noise and my back left tire is showing a low tire pressure message on the screen. I took it back to the dealership this morning to see if they could find out what was going on with the noise and tire pressure message. She told me that they were too busy to check it out. I understand being busy, but even just checking the tire pressure takes less than 10 minutes and she told me I'd have to wait 5 hours. I'm scared to be driving to work with 2 tire issues that weren't present before I got my car serviced. I walked out of the office mad and one of the porter women outside noticed that I was upset and she stopped me and asked what wad wrong. I told her and she called someone over to check the pressure. He checked it and the warning light on the screen changed to an even more immediate tire pressure message. The first one just said just to check it and the other message said to check it immediately when safe. The guy let some air out and filled it back up and couldnt find out why the light was on. I drove it to work and it's still on. It hasn't reset or turned off. I'm worried to be commuting to work all week like this but they didn't offer any other solution but to come back when I can drop it off all day. Needless to say, I'm unhappy with Kristin and don't ever want her to be my service advisor again. I also am unhappy with how careless they seem about letting me drive with an even more imminent warning on my dash than I came in with. I had zero issues with my car before bringing it there on Saturday and now I've got 2 issues. I would have brought it back in yesterday but the service department is not open on Sundays. I work Monday through Friday so my only option is to bring it on Saturday if you don't have a courtesy vehicle I could use.

They did not do what they were supposed to do. I had to wait for an oil change they were supposed to do after I showed up to pick up my car. They did not know what they were doing.

El Sr. Ricarfo Morales no supo indicarme si el sr. Orlando Colón empleado que verificó mi vehículo esta certificado en ojalateroa y pinrura para realizar dIcho trabajo. Además con una simples fotos no se puede determinar qué la pintura de mi auto sufrió un daño causado por algo externo. Si fue así el Sr. Orlando Colón debe tener la capacidad de indicar que cosa externa fue el causante. Ademas que con el tiempo que lleva mi auto presentando problemas ya se esta viendo mas afectada la pintura y no se ve como en el principio. Toyota de PR debio llamar a Toyota del Oeste que fueron los que comenzaron a trabajar el caso desde julio 2024. Desde el principio toyota del oeste me esta diciendo que es algo de fabrica. Obviamente a sus empleados Ricardo, kimberly koster y orlando le es indiferente los clientes que al llegar no tuvieron la delicadeza de preguntar pq estaba recibiendo el servicio en su localisad. O sea que no se refleja un trato personalizado. Es una falta de respeto a nosotros los clientes y que simplemente te despachen como un número más que somos para ellos. NO SIERVEN Y NO LOS RECOMIENDO.
