Estuve 4 hrs para que me cambiaran 4 gomas cuando yo tenía que llevar a mi perrita de emergencia al veterinario y pude haber hecho otras cosas. Sin embargo en el bill y resumen del servicio añadieron cosas que yo no pedí y que dije cosas que yo no dije y hasta me cobraron por lo que yo no pedí algunas cosas. Y sobretodo cuando se van los técnicos es una hora de mi tiempo que pierdo y no regresarán. Mi sugerencia es que en lo que los técnicos almuerzan, otros continúen su labor y se turnen los almuerzos.

Leslie was great. Unfortunately the tech servicing my truck didn’t tighten the lugs on my front driver side wheel. Drove off and it was causing a major vibration. I returned to the dealership and they tightened things up and I guess looked for any damage. But I wasn’t impressed. Also, the last time I brought it in the brakes were in the yellow and they suggested changing them. This time they were in the green, which leads me to believe they just didn’t check it.
