Your service person told me that my vehicle was in a minor accident which is a lie!!!
And if so why did he fix it? That should have been an insurance claim. Then said we fixed it as best as we could!!! Excuse me it should have been fixed to perfection!!!! That’s what you aim for am I not correct?? Anyway please follow up at this number ****-****-xxxx. I use to love Toyota but these shenanigans have changed my thoughts… and he also put that on the papers that I signed and I would love that removed off the work order.

Jose did a great job taking care of of my vehicle service. He anticipated most of the parts that would be needed to fix my leaking brake fluid.
When they discovered unexpected damage to brake pads from the leak … he promptly ordered what was needed to replace and repair.

In general, I did have a positive visit. The work was done as promised and the service representative did a good job. During the course of the discussion on tread wear and brakes, I was told the details were visible from the online service link. My service rep offered to print the results but I decided to trust the online information. When I got home, I could not find the information. I used the online tool to send a message asking about the inspection details. I did not receive a response. The Vehicle Inspection Report says “No pending issues”
