La representante de servicio no sabe los costos reales de las piezas ni la labor, indican una información por mensaje de texto, otra en el estimado y una muy diferente en el precio de la piezas según sus precios.
Ejemplo la manga me costo $44 con ustedes mismo vs $91.50 por texto.
Además, el pecio de mano de obra esta fuera de los parámetros de la industria. Ejemplo un flush del coolant del radiador por $276 más taxes vs $88 a $150 en los talleres de mecánica.
Deben mejorar su comunicación y ser transparente con sus clientes.

After checking in I had to wait 15 minutes to have a service person come to my car and complete the process. That was way too long. The initial check in person was great not so much the service person I was assigned one person then changed to another.

La espera en fila a ser atendida fue de 15 minutos. Luego que pague pasaron 45 minutos y no me entregaban el auto. Reclame y entonces me mostraron mis llaves a ver si eran mías al decirles que si me dicen es que estaban con otro expediente y no sabíamos de quién eran. Si no pregunto aún estaría ahí. Además la goma que usa el auto no la tenían hubo que sustituirla, no entiendo con tantos autos que tienen no tener las gomas. Es la primera vez que tengo tan mala experiencia.

Well the young man i dealt with paged for my car and I had to go back after 20 minutes of waiting to have him ask for it again but other than that you guys would of gotten a 10 out of 10 but having to wait so long after he paged it it's a 9.
