I didn’t like that when I made the appointment I received a text about desperately needing to buy used vehicles and trying to get a trade in. It’s a new car and I just want my oil changed. Just felt a little icky.

Dulsey provided exceptional service. She listened to my concerns on my brand new vehicle.
I had already brought the car back to Lake Charles Toyota where purchased and they told me there was absolutely no issue with my vehicle. I have had several Toyotas (the only model I’ve ever owned) and this is my 4th RAV4 and I knew they didn’t drive like that.
Dulsey and the tech team diagnosed the alignment issues that were off in about 6 areas and fixed the issue.
Dulsey had wonderful customer service from start to finish and I look forward to doing business with her in the future with maintenance on my vehicle.

Me llamaron el viernes para recoger la guagua y cuando llegamos, ni siquiera habían comenzado a repararla. Deciden arreglarla y nos dicen que esperemos. Luego el técnico nos dice que la tiene que dejar así por qué se tiene que ir a recoger a su hijo y no la puede terminar. Eran las 4:00 pm y la persona que nos trajo ya se había ido. Luego de muchas excusas deciden terminar el trabajo y nos entregan la guagua con rallados por todo el panel del estribo, la entre puerta, entre otros lugares. Los tornillos estaban viejos y dañados.
