Buenos días, se llevó vehículo para cita de mantenimiento el cual fue realizado según sus guías. Ahora bien, se llevó también por problema de alineamiento. Ambas citas fueron una luego de la otra. Mi esposa tuvo que dejar la unidad ya que le dijeron que el alineamiento tardaría hasta después de la 1:00pm. Ella consiguió quien la fuera a buscar para llegar hasta Naranjito. A las 11:30 le llaman que la unidad estaba lista. Paso a recoger la unidad y en la tarde cuando pude correr la misma seguía con el mismo problema en el guía, tiraba hacia el lado derecho. Cuando verifico la hoja de servicio decía que la unidad fue corrida por un técnico y le encontró dentro de los parámetros. No sabía que esa es la forma de honrar garantía. No nos queda de otra que pagar por el servicio que se suponen nos brindaran. Se perdió el dia en este asunto sin solución al problema. Gracias por su servicio.
