Steven was exceptionally helpful. A+ customer service. I appreciated him helping me with the process and breaking down the bill and going above and beyond even though it was just the removal of a faulty part. Please give that man a raise if he hasn’t already gotten one. He deserves it.

ESTOY SATISFECHA CON LA LABOR. ENCUENTRO QUE EL COSTO DEL TRABAJO MECÁNICO ES BASTANTE ELEVADO SIENDO QUE EL CHEQUEO SE LE HACE DOS VECES AL AÑO. ME EXTRAÑÓ QUE LA NUEVA RAV 4 2024 NO TENGA LOS SENSORES QUE INDICAN CUANDO EL VEHÍCULO SE ESTÁ ACERCANDO A OTRO VEHÍCULO O A UN SER HUMANO O PEATÓN QUE NO LO HALLAMOS VISTO. EN ESE SENTIDO LOS VEHÍCULOS MÁS ANTIGUOS SON MÁS SEGUROS QUE LOS DE RECIENTE FABRICACIÓN Ñ, Y DEBERÍA PODER ESCOGERSE ENTRE UN VEHÍCULO QUE TENGA ASIENTOS DE TELA O DE “CUERO” Y ENTRE UNO QUE TENGA LA EMERGENCIA MANUAL O AUTOMÁTICA. EN LO PERSONAL A MÍ ME GUSTA MÁS EL ASIENTO DE CUERO PORQUE ES LAVABLE Y LA EMERGENCIA MANUAL PORQUE ES MÁS FÁCIL DE MANEJAR QUE LA AUTOMÁTICA. POR LO DEMÁS QUE TENGAS UNA MUY BUENA TARDE. ????

Courteous service, Jake was very knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. Good young man don't let him get away!! And we had a very courteous shuttle driver who drove us to a restaurant for lunch, can't remember his name though but very personable. Great service all around, thank you !!

Curious as to why appointments are provided when the service advisor puts 4pm as an estimated completion time. I had an appointment at 10:30AM on Saturday, 2/1 and the car wasn’t finished until 4PM. When I scheduled service online, I noted that I would wait at the dealership. Is it acceptable for clients to wait 5 hours for their car?
