Easy to work with, very accommodating, and after the 25% service discount the cost was more competitive. I intended to go elsewhere for the brake job when the original quote was over a thousand dollars. Simple pads/rotors should be <$700.

Chris Kellogg was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and showed me the dirty filters that needed replacement during the oil change without pressure to change them at the time of service. Had my car towed in due to it not starting after the battery had been replaced two days prior by AAA. I told them my concern was that something was draining the battery. They assured me that was not the case and that AAA had put the wrong battery in. They replaced the battery and here I am again two days later with a car that will not start. I am not a happy camper!!!!!

Always a pleasure dealing with Jack. Although I brought three vehicles in for inspection one of them did not have the information system reset for the inspection due Indicator. Also I asked to have the left front tire on my 2014 beetle on Saturday check for any air leaks but have not received any information on it. Otherwise always a pleasure dealing with Jack.
