The last time I came in it was without an appointment and was basically criticized for doing so. So today I made an appointment and upon my arrival was told I had nearly a two hour wait. Needless to say that is completely unacceptable. If I wait 2 hours for an oil change again it will be my last time with Fred Beans.

Vehicle is still not completed
Totally dissatisfied with dealer and mostly collision center
Vehicle has been in Fred beans dealership fir 2 months. Vehicle was driven in and broken by the collision center
Requesting new vehicle
Totally dissatisfied with management in all levels. Calls not returned and many lies from collision center
I do not feel that vehicle if returned will operate without additional problems.
You broke it and can’t fix it. We are notifying State Farm insurance so that you will be removed from one of their collision centers.
Monetary payment for car payments, insurance etc will be expected. Considering an attorney!
