The complementary shuttle service that was offered needs to improve. I waited for approximate 40 minutes and eventually my car was ready about the same time the shuttle arrived. Did not get the opportunity to use.

They were not there before service. I was able to use rubbing compound to remove the scratches. I’m not happy

The gentleman that helped me was fantastic! He was cheerful, explained things well, and kept me updated. I really appreciated it. One suggestion that
I will give, after sitting in the waiting room for a little over two hours, is that the experience would be better if the employees had their own coffee machine to use in their part of the building. Oftentimes when people are sitting in a waiting room, they want to read or look at their phone to pass the time, and employees were coming up to use the coffee machine and they would strike up conversations with each other or talk loudly to the receptionist. I appreciate good rapport in a business, but it’s distracting. One employee actually belched loudly when walking up to talk to the receptionist and it was disgusting and unprofessional.
