I thought with an 8:appointment I would Have gotten in sooner & finish sooner.Maybe the 1/2 hr. install given was on my mind. Like the improvements your doing to the dealership, wow. The work was excellent. Parts treated me excellent as did both service men. Walking to 7-11 for coffee help to eat up some of that time. TWP should complete that short section of drainage to a sidewalk, to the south of the property for a safer passage.

Things went okay until the end with the cashier, who was rude. It was bad enough that I won’t be returning.
I have been going to Kelly Nissan in Easton for several years and have been so happy with their service that they were the main reason I was considering buying another Nissan. Just moved to the Doylestown area a couple of weeks ago, and really disappointed with what happened today. As I won’t return to your dealership, I likely won’t buy another Nissan either as I cannot drive to Easton for servicing.
