Jack did an awesome job managing the process in some hard times. The lengthy process was a little frustrating, but having been provided a loaner car, it was not unacceptable.
I understand there’s some problem with sourcing parts out of Germany right now? My guess is that’s to blame for the small amount of dissatisfaction I have, rather than anyone at Fred Beans.

Unfair and unreasonable charge for “Customer Pay Envirmt/Supplies for Repair Order of $12.71 for basically installing “stickers” on sidesills. The amount was almost more than the tax. “Resolved” by management in form of service credit for future visits, but I am not happy about having to potentially pay this money grab in the future. This fee really adds up over time.
Gentleman at service desk was wonderful.
