John is a horrible service manager. He couldn’t answer basic questions about how my car was serviced. When asked for more details, he became very arrogant and defensive. I give him a pass if he was having a bad day. If you receive similar complaints about John, he should be terminated or given a job where he doesn’t interface with people. Jay was great
I fortunately the workmanship not so much. I had to bring my car in 3 times for the same thing.
The bolts that hold the new struts in place completely fell off
2 weeks ago the right one and last week the left one fell off
I had to replace the new struts
Again Jay was great and the only reason I was so calm was because Hay was very professional.
But as far as the work done hopefully this time it was done correctly
