First off I want to say I was satisfied with the service I received from Michael Orliw. My issue is that I had to make a second appointment for a part(camera) that wasn't in stock on my appointment day when I clearly stated that I knew what the problem was since it had been diagnosed by others previously. My appointment was for the camera replacement, a recall and an oil change. I chose the "The Works" package which included an oil change, tire rotation among other things(not even sure they were completed). After having my vehicle for four hours, all that was completed was an oil change and the recall. When I picked up my vehicle I instantly noticed that the tire rotation wasn't performed since the heavy brake dust was still on the front wheels. I mentioned this to Michael who said it would be done on my second appointment. On my second appointment, the camera was replaced and I was told that the tire rotation was completed. So I paid for the work and walked out to my vehicle and once again noticed that the tires had not been rotated. I went back and spoke once again to Michael who showed expressions of doubt to my statement, but thanks to Jimmy Hardgrave who once again had to straighten out another one of many issues over the years with the service,or lack of, I received. So this only makes me wonder how many other un knowledgeable customers are not receiving services they think they're getting and paying for. For that mater, as stated earlier, I'm not even sure I received the other not obvious services in the "Works" package such as fluid top off. After all of this and the many other issues over the years, one would ask why I still would go to Fred Beans of Newtown for service. Well one reason, Jimmy Hardgrave. It's hard to find good service, but harder to find someone who listens and cares. Thanks Jimmy!

Your dealership continues to be brutal. I'm happy to provide feedback however this is now the 5th or 6th request. Jack and team didn't call me back when they said they would so I'm not satisfied on top of the other 4 surveys I filled out including the Google review I created. Jack is a very nice guy and I enjoy his approach to service. It is an inherent problem in the Fred Beans approach to service that is the problem, not Jack.
