Masks were not consistently worn, especially by mechanics walking though the customer area over and over again. This is disturbing, as there are masks on the door stating that everyone must wear a mask. They should at least put them on when walking into customer areas.

Went to pick up my vehicle after the service dept closed to find my car key and paperwork was not left in the car as per arrangement made over the phone. The bright side was one of your sales dept employees was able to get my key and paperwork for me. All turned out ok.

Brian was very patient with me. I did not realize that I had outdated paperwork and he really worked with me in allowing me to e-mail what he needed in order to get my car inspected on time. For that, he gets an A+ from me. However, I can say that Brian seemed a bit stressed throughout the entire process. I'm sure it is not easy working in a high-traffic area during COVID, but you could clearly hear it in his voice. Now, I am a psychic, so I confess I pick up on these things easily, but I think he needs a vacation. I seemed like a bother to him when I dropped my car off and he made it clear he was done for the day as he walked out of the door when I tried to ask him a question. I am a very pleasant person. It wasn't like I was being rude. He did answer me, but as he was walking away. I get it. It was 5 p.m. He wanted to go home. However, I did not know 5 was his cut-off time. You know? Whenever he called, he sighed. A lot. It just makes you feel like you are bothering him. He did go above and beyond to take the time to call me about my paperwork. That was my fault for not having the proper paperwork and I take full responsibility for that. He just seems a bit overworked and maybe he needs a day off. I never experienced that feeling at Fred Beans before. Even though his performance wasn't bad at all, it just makes me think, "Oh, I hope I don't get him next time." Sorry, I am truthful only because I used to be in customer service.
