My truck runs like a different vehicle now. The fix you did- free of charge- is a life saver. Communication and ease of scheduling were spot on. Communication after vehicle was there.....not quite five stars, but minor inconvenience in the end. Thanks for getting this recall taken care of.

Our experience with our sales rep, Dan Neuman was great, however our experience with the Finance Manager was not. We had agreed upon a total sales price of $7,500, all-in with the General Mgr, Larry, for our convertible. We had a fair negotiation settlement with Larry, regarding a fix needed with the A/C, that we would take responsibility of if he met our final out-the-door offer, which he did. When we walked into the Finance Manager's office we were greeted and had great conversation about anything & everything going on in the world with COVID, etc. Once we did not agree to purchasing the extended warranty and GAP insurance, his attitude quickly changed and barely spoke with us for the remainder of signing the papers. The purchase price also was $299 more than we verbally agreed upon with the GM, but by that time there was no sense in arguing as we had nothing in writing and found little confidence in gathering support from him. The Finance Mgr did not even stand up at the end to walk us out nor say anything other than goodbye. It was as though we were dealing with a child that did not get their way and this was the guilty aftermath that we had to deal with. I would suggest a coaching opportunity to your staff in helping them understand that some people just will not purchase the extra add-ons, but that it is ok, because at the end of the day those people are still your customers and you are trying to make the overall experience a successful one. As a customer, I should not be made to feel that I am only buying a good car IF and ONLY IF I purchase the extended warranty. It is an option that is offered by the dealerships. I' surprised by now, with the amount of information out for anyone to research on the internet and to know, like we know based upon our ages, that it is widely known that these are markup services from the dealerships. It is a choice to purchase the options and we declined. The Finance Mgr decided to keep pushing for the sale and kept trying to tell us how we were making a mistake by not purchasing them and was not simply accepting our refusal. This interaction for us completely changed our viewpoint of the dealership from positive to negative.

You had my car for 1 week and did not complete the three items necessary. However, i was provided a loaner car and discounted the rate for the last item that needed to be completed and it was finished the next day. So, accommodations were made for me which I really appreciated.
