Rene was extremely courteous and respectful of social distancing and he kept me up to date on progress of my service . I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs repairs on their Acura.

I went 7-30-20 because my AC wasn’t working. He told me to fix it it was $2,255.78 plus tax. I told him it was to much, then he can back and told me that he was to deduct $100.00. That the compressor was broken, I told him that was impossible. He went back and told it was a mistake that the compressor was Not broken. He took that amount away. But then hie said that the mechanic Marcos Mosquera needs 7 hours to do the job. Today I went to pick my car, we have and argument about the time, he came back and told me that it was a computer problem with the price. I don’t believe, he try to overcharge me from the beginning!! Finally I paid $1,397.80. I don’t know how much comisión he and your technician get, but it’s very disgusting how much stealing to a customer they do!!! Very disappointed with the service. I’m a loyal costumer of Acura, but I will think twice to come back to your store!
