I came in for an oil change and my tires were rotated. Even though this could have been warranted for my mileage I was not aware that this was going to be done to my car. I was not explained all that was done and only given a receipt. The service took extremely long for a simple oil change.

Sailor was very personable and helpful. I didn’t expect to need a new battery yet as I just bought the car in October. It was sold as is but I also was told that I needed front brake pads. Originally, I brought my car in to replace the broken cover on the passenger side mirror which apparently turned into a major job. They said there was more to it after looking at it. The cost of labor went from $85. to $240. At this point I feel I should have probably purchased a brand new car considering there are still future repairs I have to put on hold indefinitely. Used cars and labor costs have recently skyrocketed. That being said, your were great!employees
