The word “completely” was in the survey question and therefore it was made easy to select “no”. I had to return home to Key West with the car’s problem identified but not repaired. The tube that is connected to the windshield water container had a hole which makes it impossible to keep windshield clean. I have to continue cleaning windshield manually as needed. Every so often I have to pullover to clean windshield though I routinely clean it before driving out. The customer service was very good, Sally was very nice. I will now have to return when Esserman receives the part. I live in Key West :( Del
