Everything was great, however the only comment I have is about letting me know the car was already . After an hour and half I went on my own to the cashier to pay and ask for the vehicle I wasn’t told it was ready.

I believe an oil change, no matter how in detail it may be, should not take almost three hours to complete. In the event that is the case, it is the responsibility of the dealership to fully communicate that estimate and not predict a shorter time. This will only frustate the guest when it is not met. I don’t mind the long wait time as long as that is communicated at the beginning to avoid any frustrations. I was provided with a discount for my inconvenience, but the value of someone’s time is something that cannot be bargained with.

Surprisingly today’s service on my vehicle was top notch. Awesome job, thank you. I have been coming here with my vehicles for many years. And it’s always a painstaking process. Many hours of waiting. Very little communication on what was wrong with my vehicle and when it would be finished. I was actually joking about needing to find a day when I had 5 hours available in my schedule to come and have my oil change service, because that’s usually how long it takes. But today I was in and out in about 2 hours. And I didn’t even have an appointment. Just a walk in. I was met by, possibly the service manager, who helped me out and got me a service advisor really quickly. Thank you. It’s clear you are working on improving the service department. And whatever you are doing, it’s working. Great step up from my experience in the past.
