When I first arrived Saili was busy with other customers but another employee saw I was waiting and helped get me started. I told him how I was pressed for time and he made sure to get me out as quickly as possible. This was such a relief to me because I hate waiting around for service, especially when I’m really busy. When my car was ready, Saili helped explain everything to me and she was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. This was the best service experience I have ever received.
