While I am satisfied that the Service Manager resolved my icon wen in the end, I was very dissatisfied with the way that the initial advisor (Andres) handled my concern when it was brought to his attention initially by the gentleman at the cashier. I do hope that the promise the service manager made me is kept and that this issue is looked into in order to avoid it happening to any other customer of yours. I absolutely Love my new Tiguan and have nothing but Grey things to say about my experience with my sales rep Arelis, I can’t say that was my initial impression of the Service Team, therefore I’m hoping that turns around the next time I have to take my vehicle in for service.
