The only comment I have is that if you will be washing the car after service you do it correctly. The car was literally half washed. Please note I understand if my car is returned as I delivered it but returning it half washed isn't really nice

Went in for service and assess dash light on indicating a light was out. Discussed with Julio who said it would be looked at. Got the car back and the light wasn’t fixed Julio said the mechanic didn’t say anything about it. Windshield wipers were also signed off as looking good except they’re actually not good and don’t work well. Makes me concerned that everything was signed off any not truly evaluated. Although the lights were comped I Had to wait another 30 min to send the car back for the lights to be fixed.

I didn’t feel like my first service advisor could handle my concerns about your precautions taken to avoid getting Covid19, as she got offended when I asked her to put her mask up. Daniel, the advisor that I was handed to after her, was wonderful. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and polite. I hope I get transferred to him.
