I am not satisfied with how my experience was. Makenna is a hard person to get a hold of. I will text her multiple times with no response.waving me to call in with again no response. It is very frustrating especially when my car has been there for months. She gives no updates unless I ask and even then I have to try multiple ways to get a hold of her.

Something went wrong with the oil change, I looked at our garage floor this morning and there are oil puddles under the front of the vehicle all the way to the rear. The same was at my wife's place of employment. I checked the dipstick and it registers almost full so was the engine over filled? I am not happy at all and this needs to get figured out as this is a one year old car.
