My 2012 Eos had a water pump replaced last week, the bill was $1236. While filing the receipt in my folder at home, I found a class action settlement notification that included my vehicle. The notice included a warranty extension up to 10 years. I came in today to speak with your Service Manager who recognized the notice and ran my VIN to confirm warranty coverage. He apologized, told me I shouldn’t have been charged, thanked me for coming in so that he could make it right, and issued a refund to my credit card. If I had not found this on my own, I would never have received this refund. I very much appreciate the correction today, but also hope that future visits include searching for recalls or warranty items at the time of service. Thank you!
