At checkin I reported passenger side fluid not working and drivers identified applies only couple inches on window. Also report travel assist error displaying intermittently all year round. I askedbthatverror logs be looked at and washer issue fixed. At payment I asked for confirmation these were done. Was told they cleaned washer novel's and didn't see anything in logs. Neither of these items were in the work order. I never received copy of inspection either. I called service advisor15 mins after leaving had to leave message. Day 3 I finally spoke to advisor. When I questioned him how the technician knew to inspect two issues he admitted he forgot to tellthe tech and they were not looked at. I live 90.mins away and will have to take another vacation day ro bring car back. I shared repairs need to be done same day for I cannot make a 3rd trip. Very disappointed

I don’t need a call, I actually don’t ever want to interact with your business again. This has been the worst service experience I’ve had in a very long time. To make a long story short, my vehicle has been with you a total of 5 weeks and it’s in worse condition as when I dropped it off. 1. I asked multiple times for the tech to please drive it before I pick it up, to make sure it’s fixed. I was told twice that this happened and it did not. I can tell via my VW app when my car makes a trip. Because they failed to do that, the car failed on me multiple times resulting in multiple trips to your business. This last time I asked Joe specifically 2 times and my husband once, to please take it for a ride to ensure it’s fixed. When I was called to come get it, I asked, was it taken for a ride and Joe said “Oh yeah you’re good”. When I stated that it was driven, he then stated again “ no no you’re good”. Only to pick up the car and it failed after 9 miles of driving. I asked multiple times to please check the warning check engine light. They could never tell me what the light was indicating as they never fully checked it the first 2 visits. 2. The communication was terrible. Over a week when by and I heard nothing about the plan. I had to call, every single time to get an update. At which 4 messages were left with no call back. Chen and Sean were fantastic, Joe not so much. 3. I felt like my time and my car weren’t even close to being priority. I felt like I didn’t have a good advocate in Joe re relentless follow up with the warranty company. 4. I now can not trust the service of VW at your business. I will hopefully be picking up the car soon and will never be back. It’s a shame, for I absolutely love the car and wanted to upgrade to the Atlas someday. 5. Give Sean (Audi guy) a raise. He’s wonderful and de-escalated the situation. He’s knowledgeable and very friendly. His communication is great! 6. We want the $100 deductible back. I could make multiple more points but I’ll spare you. If you do want more detail, my husband and I would like to sit down in person with the big cheese, not over the phone.
