Very expensive.Cost to replace a rear wiper is $35.00. It was not even
available.Has to be reordered.
I went to Oriley and got it for $12.00 and they installed it free of charge.

I went in for an oil change. Eduardo had told me that my car was also due for transmission service. I told him that I had an appointment later in the afternoon, but if he could get it done within a short time that I would take the service. I ended up waiting in the waiting room for three hours. To make things worse, after I became frustrated, I went to the front to speak to Eduardo. He was nowhere to be found, but my car was parked out front. The service had been completed and nobody had for me. I do not know for how long it had been sitting there. I have always had good service at your business, but this time I feel that my time was not respected.
