This was the most horrible service I have ever gotten at norm Reeves. I waited for four hours for a basic oil change and not once was I informed by Oscar Ortega on the progress of my car. Finally, after waiting four hours I walked to the service station and to my surprise my car was stilll not worked on for a basic oil change that I had made an appointment. The service technician was of no help and rude and the service on my car was rushed with oil splatter on my windshield. Sorry Norm Reeves, you just lost a customer of close to twenty years. Your service has slowly become the worst I have ever experienced.

I arrived at your shop at 1015 today and had to wait until after 1 PM to have 2 hatch stays replaced that should have only taken 30 minutes. I am appalled at the length of time it took for such a small job. Very dissatisfied. John was not helpful in assuring that this small job was done more timely.

Took my vehicle in for its first maintenance appointment. We have the maintenance plan. New filters weren’t needed. But our maintenance plan pays for new filters. Will car signal that filters will be needed when they are eventually needed? However, isn’t this based on mileage? The maintenance plan doesn’t make sense if the mileage doesn’t sync with actual maintenance.

I purchased my vehicle from your dealership and as long as I’ve lived in Southern California, I’ve always driven to you guys to get my service done. Normally, I work with Clayton and he is awesome! Apparently he was off today when I had an appointment with him, and so I got someone else who filled in. I was surprised to see that the price had gone up significantly on oil changes. $70 for an oil change is extremely expensive. I drive from La Habra to have my car serviced there, and I could have had my oil changed up here for $50-$60 at a Honda dealer, or a third party. my advisor and I just did not click. She was questioning why I wanted to change my oil because my oil life percentage was not at 0%. I’ve always changed my oil around 5000 miles and after I told her I just wanted an oil change, I felt like I had to haggle with her just to tell her that I want my oil changed and I understand what my oil life is at. Then once my car was in the bay, there were four guys standing around talking, and it took them about a hour to change my oil, because everytime they did anything, from putting the car on the lift to adding the oil, they would stop and talk and not do anything. It’s frustrating from a customer standpoint, watching four guys stand around and talk while there are no other cars in the express bays except mine, and take their sweet time to provide the service. I was a service advisor for 2 years in the past, and I understand the business well. When I worked in the business, I provided my customers an extremely positive experience, and this was my first extremely negative experience at this dealership. Not only was I paying more for an oil change than at other Honda dealerships closer to me, and drove almost an hour to get to you guys, but it seemed like no one really cared about providing a positive experience and it was a hassle to get what I came there for accomplished. I just feel extremely disappointed after my experience today, because I know if Clayton were my advisor he would have been on-top of things. It’s really going to make me think about driving about an hour down there, to pay more for a service, and if I do, I’m going to make sure Clayton is working because he’s always done an exceptional job.
