Nathaniel was great. Once I was at his desk, he was quick to get me in and out quickly. The quality of the work and friendliness of the staff was great. But there were a few small things not related to his service.
He offered me to wash the car while it was in service and I said yet. But then the car was not washed when I picked it up. I saw that other cars were washed and dripping water when picked up, so I don’t know why mine was missed.
The seat was moved up very far, so it was hard for me to get in the car.
When they dropped off the car back to me, it was shifted into reverse with the parking brake on. This seems unsafe.

When I drove away I heard a small noise that didn’t sound familiar so I turned around and came back. Manny, as a passenger, agreed. Manny told me that my new pads had to be worn in and the service person would do it. I waited another half hour then the service person said a bracket was bent and was scraping . He bent it correctly and said there was no damage done. I am nervous that the scraping did damage my rotors because the reason I came in was to get brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced.

I just got this car and in a few months (not even a year) I need to come in on a Saturday (because apparently recalls can’t be done after work). I was told a 2 hour wait but it ended up about 2 and a half hours. Also when I got my 2005 car the waiting room used to offer donuts or something….a billion dollar company is cheaping out on a dozen donuts or so. Also I get the text that my car is ready but when I arrived I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting upon his return. Why wasn’t he there already if he texted me. I also asked since I was still under warranty if I can at least get a car wash, he said you guys don’t do that here. Before I could ask to get my tires rotated or something he rushed me off…it always seemed like all the salesman there are in a hurry to just get your money and rush you off…even when I bought the car it seemed that way…couldn’t even get a test drive. I might just copy and paste this on my Yelp. I know exactly the next car I’m buying….NOT A HONDA! Happy Honda days my eye. Hope this helps.
