Service advisor didn’t assist/recommend anything with my visit. He didn’t seem to care too much and just wanted to get me in/out. He wasn’t helpful and lacked communication.

Believe my car was fixed fast (you would think then why complain) well I was on my call to my mum in Scotland for 1hr 10mins. Standing next to my car for most of that time…. Car was dropped off at 8:38am and I got a text at 11:15am my car was ready. I questioned Louie as I asked had it been checked, I received a text at the same time showing indeed my car had been checked and my recommendation of washer fluid (video) from Andy mechanic. With no timestamp or metadata. I said to Louie ok yes my car has indeed been worked on, it felt to me it had sat there for hours. Why my complaint.
