This is the second time I bring my car to the service center giving them another chance to not leave anything broken and the same thing happens. Apart from wasting my time, how do I know that they do the correct service and do not leave anything loose or broken that you cannot see with the naked eye if something so basic is not done correctly? As a customer, one thinks that the dealer is the best option, but I think not based on my experiences.

Brought my 2024 Hybrid Sport Honda Accord in for service regarding fuel pump recall and to remove "Update error - see dealer" alert. Though I had an appointment,I waited in my car for approx. 20 minutes. Then was told at service desk that service would take 2-3 hours and that no loaners were available. No alternative transport like Uber or Lyft we're offered, meaning that I would be unable to do any of the chores I planned to do that day before needing to pick up my children from school. Finally, when picking up my car, I was informed that not hing needed to be done for the fuel pump and that they were unable to do anything about the update error because the "servers were down" and would not be up and running until the following week.
In short, due to one software defect and one manufacturing defect, I forced to forgo 3 hours of time which I sorely needed, only to have no effective work done on either issue.
Now, I have to return again next week in the hopes of the software update system being fixed. Given that am dealing with this many issues when my vehicle only has about 3k miles on it, this experience has somewhat soured my experience of Honda ownership.

I brought my Honda Pilot in for the fuel pump recall & no one had informed me upon making my appointment via phone call that the back seat would be taken out. I had a ton of things back there and so when I was given my car back I was extremely disappointed to see all my stuff moved around and re-arranged. Even a couple items from my glove compartment were on the floor in front of the passenger seat. This is a huge deal to mention to a customer in case they have things they don’t want tampered with so they can remove the items themself. I just felt my things were violated and I didn’t appreciate that one bit. This makes me not want to return.
