The process to figure out if I had the insurance to cover my tire way too long I’m paying for damn insurance to cover my tires and wheels I shouldn’t have to wait for you guys to update my file to prove I have the insurance and Juan knowing I need a tire regardless should have ordered it if he knew I needed one and was going in on Saturday morning! It’s a frustrating long process for a tire that I need to be replaced!
