My service rep stated that my vehicle had to have the transmission and brake fluid replaced according to the code on the dashboard. After I looked into it, the vehicle only stated that it is recommended to have it inspected. So I feel the rep misled me. I have a feeling with the decline in customers due to the pandemic, he has to push and lie harder to upsell. But now I won't believe them when the recommend something. Partly my fault for not researching first.
