Trinity was very friendly, efficient and thorough in helping me get my vehicle written up and completing the repairs that were necessary. There's another Honda dealership closer to my home but I will continue to go to Norm Reeves Honda instead. Thank you Trinity.

I went in with an appointment at 820am for an oil change. I understand that services take a little longer with the Covid situation what it is but I did not leave the dealership until almost 1130. I was originally told it would take 90 minutes for the service to be completed. There was no update that it was going to take longer than expected until I went and asked for an update. When they checked on it at 11 my car was still not finished. I took my wife’s car in two weeks ago and had a great experience. I’m hoping today was just a fluke. Waiting 3 hours for an oil change is not ok.
