The service experience was excellent as always. I went in for an oil change. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The only thing is that I was $2.00 short with my change. My change should’ve been $45.05, but instead I received $43.05. I didn’t realize it until I was home, and by that time i couldn’t go back. Staff should be a little more careful when handling money.

Paul was very professional and cordial. We appreciated his excellent service. One concern that we had was a lack of social distancing between employees that were driving customers’ cars. Frequently they stood 1 to 2 feet apart in conversations, and even participated in a bro – hug after which they got into customers’ cars and drove them to service areas. This is a practice that should be modified for everyone’s safety and good health. As a whole, we feel that Honda renders excellent service.
