I feel like I was Over charged and lied too . I when in because my ac wasn’t cooling I only had my car for a year and they said I needed a whole new system meaning compressor and everything that goes with they charged me 1,300 and something and I feel like my car shouldn’t have had that problem within a year I think I was over charged and I believe my car just needed something simple. If my whole compressor needed to be replaced why was my car ready right away I don’t get it

In getting an oil change service at first took awhile to get help. Once car was recieved service was quick. After driving off I noticed oil percentage was not reset so I had to do it myself. If I'm paying for service would expect a little thing like that to be done.

He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional. Honda is fantastic and always makes me feel that when I’m in my car it has been taken care of by a great service team. My battery was under warranty and they checked it and it had failed the test and a new one was replaced. If I had taken it to just anybody else that wasn’t a dealer they wouldn’t have checked such things.
