The manager was very rude. I was sent an oil change coupon in the mail from Valley Hi Kia. They would not honor it. Why send it if it is not going to be honored. That is very poor customer service.

First off, we scheduled our appointment weeks ago for last Saturday. The only day that was available for either myself or my wife. Due to a problem with your system we had to reschedule that appointment, although we had a confirmation email. While my wife and son brought it in for service, they also had to pack up half his school supplies since he is home schooled and do the whole home school thing in your waiting area. She said that the service person was great, but there was a female employee there that accused my son of trying to start the cars in the lobby and addressed this to my wife extremely rudely. The service person later saps that this same woman was suppose to talk to my wife about something car related, but this conversation never happened. Funny that you sent this feedback form, because my wife was going to contact your company to express her anger about her visit anyways.
