When vehicle was dropped off, it was made known that car was under a service contract. When I went to pick up the vehicle the clerk thought I had a balance, when I told her I shouldn’t have a balance, because of the contract she called David who came in and basically asked me if I was sure I knew what I was talking about, I told him I had been coming and having my vehicles serviced here for a few years now, to look it up in the computer. He looked it up, then said did you let your service advisor know that you had this contract when you dropped the vehicle off? I said of course I did. I also told David that I didn’t like being talked to like I didn’t know what I was talking about, he just nodded. Very rude, for their mistake! I have 3 Kia souls that I have been bringing to you for 2 years now. Stacey is very friendly, and accommodating, I just think this somehow slipped through the cracks today.

Your service manager Jason ****. He doesn't know customer service, never returns phone calls and hides in his office. I think he doesn't know what a manager should be doing. He makes me never want to get a car from KIA ever again.

Brian was not only friendly as he directed me to the new procedure of pulling up to the bay, but also made me feel as though any service being done for me was important to the dealership as well as me.
