Don't think getting my spark plugs changed should be such a fight. We established an issue and replaced one several months back - but they all should have been replaced at that time. I feel there is still an issue based on what I reported. I understand to some extent that you cannot simply replace without seeing some sort of issue, however I cannot replicate the issue often at all, and since we have established the issue with the first one several months back its not far fetched for the others to be faulty. They are cheap parts thus with all the above I don't think getting the other three replaced should be difficult to get you to cover.
