Your online inspection report was not uploaded properly (shows up blank) and it didn't send notifications when there were multipoint inspection results that needed my attention (need to change car battery). Took my car in for my annual full inspection, oil change, and to put the thief protection unit on the igniton. Car was checked-in at 8:30am. Was told it will take about 2 hours. I waited in the lobby for 2 and half hours. No text notifications about the multipoint inspection or phone call from front desk. Nobody came to look for me. My name was not announced on the intercom to come to the front desk. I kept checking the link that takes me to the online report, but no updates on status. Report turns up blank every time. Decided to go to front desk at 11am to inquire about the status of my car and the inspection report. Michael was assisting one other customer so a different gentleman helped me out. Found out the multipoint inspection report and video was available since 9:15am (!!) but notifications were never sent to me and report is not viewable. So the front desk personnel sent me a text at 11:02am with message that tells me report is ready to view. The link took me to the report that is NOW viewable with video. Okay so battery needs to be changed. I authorized it. Waited until 11:45am and still no updates. No phone call or text. Nobody came to call me from the lobby. At that point, all other customers had already left and I was the only one remaining. Decided to go back to front desk again. Michael saw me this time and called up my car on the intercom and took my payment. I finally left there after waiting for 3 and half hours when inpection was done since 9:15am (45 minutes after check-in). Only issue found was car battery needed to be changed. Took 3 and half hours on a Thursday morning.

Did not understand why my warranty at Covina only pay partial service When I go to other dealer ship for service it is completely cover nothing out of pocket. Covina was telling me what I have to pay I had my car for 1yr all maintenance is cover by the warranty I purchase when I bought my car. Declined service going to someone else.

I originally wanted to cancel my appointment due to not being able to have 1 car as we are a 2 car family. Yet the receptionist told me not to cancel as she spoke with the shop foreman and reassured me that the vehicle would be able to be looked at as soon as I dropped it off.
The advisor continued to tell us that the receptionist should not have promised anything and the advisor was unable to honor anything that was previously stated.
After two days of poor communication from the advisor and no updates whatsoever, I needed to pick up my vehicle so I and my wife wouldn't continue missing days from work.
This is the 2nd time attempting to get our car serviced in general from a Kia dealership and was let down once again.
