The person who helped me made me feel like he did not want to answer my questions he emphasized that the person who’s supposed to be helping me is on lunch every time I’d ask him a question, which also upset me because if I had an appointment at a certain time with him why would he go on lunch or at least passed the assignment to someone willing to treat me like a customer of their own and answer my concerns. I’ve always loved coming here especially when Jonathan was working there but the service has declined ever since.

When I got my car back the glove compartment was completely
Out and everything that had been inside of it was on the dash. The man
That gave me the key when I got to my car did not notice it? I also did not like George repeating to me that if I used a coupon I would lose my free
Oil Change. I understood when he told me once and chose to forego the
Free oil change due to the fact that it was going to still be $49.50 for a
Tire rotation. I did have to re insert my glove compartment myself.
