I went to my appointment that was scheduled a week in advance. When I got there on Monday the guy behind the desk said the part for the recall was there. I left my car there went home and an hour later I get a call saying that the part isn’t there so I need to reschedule. I’m just wondering why did you guys give me an appointment when the part isn’t there to begin with. I had to take off work for few hours just to make the appointment on time! It was a total waste of my time. I was going to also get an oil change there but now i rather take my vehicle elsewhere.

Checked in around 10.15 am, promised release time was 12.00 noon. However, actual delivery time was past 1. 00 pm. There was no communication until I went to the back area after about 12.30 pm when Cory spotted me and informed that the vehicle is washed and will be ready in about 15 minutes. It was not a major problem for me because I was not working in afternoon. It would have nice if I was kept notified of what was happening. Thanks. Edward.
